Do you allow pets?

Yes! We gladly welcome pets up to 40 lbs. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents, some restrictions do apply on aggressive animals.

Do you offer a meal plan?

While we do not offer a formal meal plan, we love creating opportunities for connection. Residents can enjoy a community breakfast and a monthly potluck—perfect for sharing good food and great company.

Is there a storm shelter?

Yes! The movie room in the clubhouse is a safe room, available to residents to access during storms.

Is there an on-duty nurse?

We are an active, independent retirement community and do not have an on-duty nurse. Our community is designed for residents who enjoy an independent lifestyle.

Do you accept vouchers or Section 8?

We are a private-pay community and do not participate in voucher or Section 8 programs at this time.

What are your leasing terms?

We offer 12- and 18-month lease options to fit your needs. At this time, short-term leases are not available.

Is additional storage available?

At this time, we do not offer extra storage space on-site.

Do you have a social calendar?

Absolutely! Our community features a full calendar of activities and events. Whether you prefer to stay active or simply join in occasionally, participation is always up to you.

What is included in the rent?

Our goal is to make everyday living easy and comfortable. Rent includes the majority of resident’s utilities and each cottage is thoughtfully equipped with modern appliances. Please contact the individual communities to see what utilities and appliances are included.

Is smoking allowed?

To maintain a clean and healthy community, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the gated property, including inside vehicles. Residents and guests who wish to smoke may do so off the premises.
